Thomas Golden, Co-Founder and CTO
Mr. Golden has nearly two decades of experience developing and supporting medical coding systems. He served as Director of Software Development and Senior Director of Project Management at QuadraMed Corp. and CodeMaster Corp., where he both managed and led some of their most important and complex software development projects. Mr. Golden has a BS from the University of Illinois and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
Michael Mulligan, Co-Founder and Managing Partner
Mr. Mulligan’s experience includes more than a decade and a half in business development and executive management roles within the medical coding systems field. Prior to co-founding TruCode, he served as a VP of Sales for QuadraMed Corp., and helped lead CodeMaster Corp. through dramatic growth. He began his career with Ernst and Young’s healthcare consulting group. Mr. Mulligan received a BA and MBA from Michigan State University and earned his CPA.
Chris Tjensvold, RHIT, Director of Product Management
Ms. Tjensvold has nearly three decades of experience in the Health Information Management (HIM) profession. She worked for 12 years in HIM encoding software development for CodeMaster and QuadraMed Corp., including content development, product management, training and customer support. She served as a member of the Coding and Data Quality Committee of the California Health Information Association (CHIA). She has spoken at CHIA State Conventions and has been published in the CHIA Journal. In addition, she has 14 years of experience in various HIM roles including DRG Coordinator, Coding Supervisor, Coder and as Region Manager for an HIM consulting company.
